PCD Diamond Tools

Are designed and manufactured all types of PCD and CBN tools.
They range, from the most common ISO inserts, the drills, the drills and reamers steps with multiple diameters and very close tolerances (h7 and h6), up to the face mills.
The construction is taking place throughout the company, from the cut of the diamond to the construction of the bodies, brazing, grinding and testing with certificates.

Diaber has worked eversince in the industrial diamond field, manufacturing diamond tools and contacts.

In 1991 it became a limited company and with the advent of synthetic diamond it specialized in the production of inserts and thereafter of tools made of multicrystal diamond.

Diaber is currently certified by the firm Marposs (Bo) and is obtaining the ISO9001:2015 certification.
The company know-how includes development and manufacturing of equipment and tools as well as the research related to innovating applications on new materials.
